Within the depths,
we discover the inseparable relationship
between our personal happiness
and the well-being of other people,
our ancestors,
and the earth.
–Dr. Arielle Schwartz

My Story
It was death that initiated my search for meaning in life.
Experiencing the heartbreaking death of two friends in my early 20s taught me life is precious and time is never guaranteed. In my grief, I started meditating and embraced all the self-improvement teachings I could find. I made lists of life goals and plans for how I would achieve them. I was determined to take control and create a fulfilling life with ‘no regrets’.
…and then 2020 came. My illusion of control crumbled amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Isolation forced me to sit with my inner chaos of anxiety, perfectionism, self-loathing, and the beliefs I was never enough and a bad person. I realized striving for self-improvement didn’t change my pain.
My search for meaning continued, and I started asking big questions:
Why am I chasing these goals? What really matters? What is my purpose?
The pain and trauma from my childhood started surfacing through symptoms I could no longer ignore. It was too much all at once, and I had to take a mental health leave from my corporate job. After years of believing my problems weren't big enough for therapy, I finally realized healing wasn’t something I could do alone.
Then one day, during a meditation I experienced an expanded state of consciousness.
My personal identity dissolved into oneness with all of life. This experience challenged everything about my worldview, values, life path, and sense of identity. I was waking up to my conditioning. I felt ungrounded, confused, and very raw–like I had suddenly cracked open.
My therapist dismissed my experience like I was crazy, but I was determined to find answers. My insatiable curiosity led me to discover Transpersonal Psychology and the understanding that I experienced a Spiritual Awakening. This led me to my calling as a therapist, and to modalities that bridge the Science and the Sacred.

This work has shown me that disconnection - with ourselves, each other, and our earth - is creating a spiritual crisis in our world. Our personal and collective healing is inextricably connected. My deepest desire is to be the love that catalyzes healing change, that reminds us we belong to each other, and that by healing ourselves, we can begin to heal our world.

Fun Facts...
I feel the most centered and connected to spirit when I spend time in nature. My heart sparkles when I walk through a mossy, old growth forest.
I moved to Washington for its natural beauty. I love hiking, camping, and am obsessed with moss and mushrooms. I hope to summit Mt. Baker and Mt. Rainier someday.
Dance is my favorite form of expression and female empowerment. I love to twerk and vibe to throwback hip hop, Beyoncé, Megan Thee Stallion, and Victoria Monét
My adventurous, wild spirit loves to travel and explore new places and cultures. I’ve visited over 20 countries and studied abroad in France.
What’s on my Netflix? Sex Education is probably my favorite show, but I’m a genre wild card. I’m always down for a show or movie recommendation!
